Miki is an Investment Director at Keyview Financial Group and is responsible for origination, execution and asset management of transactions. Miki has more than 13 years’ experience in financial markets, the majority of which have been in principal investing with a focus on special situations and private equity. Prior to joining Keyview, Miki worked at Boab Capital Group, where he was an Investment Director and part of the foundation team which established the firm. At Boab, Miki focused on complex, special situations and distressed opportunities and gained deep hands-on operational experience including holding interim senior management roles focused on developing corporate strategy, implementing turnaround initiatives, and executing M&A or organic growth strategies. Prior to Boab, Miki worked in investment banking at Barclays. Miki holds a Bachelor of Accounting Co-op Scholarship degree (BAcc, double majoring in Finance & Accounting), is a Certified Turnaround Analyst (CTA) and former Analyst of the Year recipient from the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), and is a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
