Henry Lister is a Senior Director in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment of FTI Consulting and is based in Sydney, Australia.

Since joining the firm in 2017, Henry has leveraged his expertise to support a variety of clients based in both Australia and the United Kingdom across industries such as agriculture, education, healthcare, materials, retail, telecommunications, and travel.

Henry is a trusted advisor to companies and their stakeholders throughout the entirety of the corporate lifecycle, from assisting with raising seed funding all the way through to formal restructuring.  This breadth of experience, combined with strong problem solving and analytical skills, helps him to deliver bespoke solutions targeted at optimising each client’s balance sheet and enhancing their overall performance.
