I work with companies in financial distress or requiring a turnaround. I develop and then implement turnaround plans to stabilise operational issues and rapidly improve profits and cash.
Through the turnaround process I work as a hands on senior advisor to boards, management teams and other stakeholders to secure the platform for change and their support and understanding of the process. This can include taking executive roles such as interim CEO, CFO and director roles.
I have broad experience implementing turnarounds, change management, operational restructurings, financial restructurings, working capital improvements and cash management. My main industry areas include media, construction, pharmaceuticals and oil and gas.
